Thermal Printer Services Ltd is a specialist thermal label printer service provider, specialising in the supply of barcode label printers from all the top brands including Datamax-O’Neil, Toshiba TEC printers, Kroy and Zebra printers. We also stock a wide range of all the leading barcode scanners and EPOS equipment.
We are proud to offer our range of thermal printer services nationwide, whether you are looking for advice on which label printer to purchase or need help with your existing printer stock our trained advisers are happy to help.
Our fully trained workshop engineers and field service engineers are trained to manufacturer guidelines on all of the major thermal printers, from Citizen, Datamax-O’Neil, Kroy, Printronix, Toshiba TEC and Zebra. We also carry a wide range of parts for both current and older models.
We also offer a range of in-house and on-site repair and maintenance services to suit your individual business requirements including thermal printer repairs, handheld device and EPOS equipment repairs.

DATAMAX-O'NEIL E-CLASS MARK III BASIC DESKTOP LABEL PRINTER
The Datamax-O'Neil E-Class Mark III Basic label printer comes with USB and Serial connectivity interfaces, for a wider range of connectivity options you should consider the Advanced, Professional and Professional plus models of the E-Class range.
The E-Class Mark III is designed for a wide range of desktop printing applications, whether that be label printing or receipt printing. Datamax-O'Neil have designed this entry level printer to be reliable and easy to use. This new revision of the E-Class range of label printers are designed to take larger capacity media and ribbon rolls, with easy loading options.
Datalogic Touch TD1100 - Corded Linear Imaging Contact Barcode Scanner
This light weight barcode scanner is available with USB, RS232 and Keyboard Wedge interfaces suitable for most applications. One of the great features of the Datalogic Touch TD1100 series is it's robust design includes 1.5m drop resistance, this is a feature that is usually reserved for much more expensive units.
Zebra ZT410 Industrial Label Printer
The Zebra ZT410 has a 4" (104mm) print width and a maximum print speed of 356mm/s, there are also the options of 203dpi, 300dpi and 600dpi print resolutions depending on user requirements and configurations. All variants of the ZT410 come with Thermal Transfer print modes which means you can print in both Thermal Transfer mode or in Direct Thermal print mode if required.
The ZT410 is built with a rugged metal chassis and cover, a user friendly icon based LCD user interface and numerous connectivity options to allow the ZT410 to integrate into any environment, whether that be USB, Serial, Parallel, Ethernet, WiFi or Bluetooth. Zebra have also expanded the ZT410 ranges RFID capabilities and introduced Zebra’s Link-OS® environment, this innovative operating system means you can easily integrate, manage and maintain these printers from anywhere in the world.
If you are looking for a more affordable 4" industrial label printer you should consider looking at the Zebra ZT230 range, or if you require a 6" wide industrial printer then the Zebra ZT420 is the printer for you.
